Broken Bonez 1.0.2 Bug fix update

Changes in 1.0.2:

• Mouse is no longer visible in-game
• Fixed bubbles not showing up at the reduced difficulty trick counts
• Reduced file size

The next update may contain a new difficulty option as the button mashing experience is very different for different people and keyboards. Also if I can get a hold of a pixel artist I will make matching animations (The current images are directly from the show, so they have slight variations)
