Changelog:
- Limited highscore entries to 5 instead of 10
- Entries at the bottom are replaced if the leaderboard is full
- Fixed player entering jump phase outside of main loop
- Fixed no HUD before first jump when replaying
- score no wait time afterwards if animation reactivated
